Fota Island Resort in County Cork is recruiting for a Food & Beverage Associate to join our professional team in the Clubhouse. Full availability across all seven days is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to the required hotel standards.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and personalised service.
• Be aware of menus, ingredients and daily specials.
• Set up and clear tables to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant, bar and service areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team.
• Assist with weddings, meetings, conferences and other events.
• Respond to guest requests and escalate when required.
• Follow hotel, food safety, health and safety procedures.
