Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience in MS Office including Excel.
• 3+ years of direct experience in customs brokerage and/or trade compliance operations.
• Ability to multi-task complex and competing priorities with high quality output.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import/export brokerage operations, planning, and execution for existing programs.
• Monitor and drive customs broker performance to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance across all lanes.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Manage trade planning and execution for new program launches.
• Identify and resolve complex customs brokerage challenges to minimize shipment delays.
• Drive country compliance research activities with vendors.
• Conduct trend analyses to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.
