Job summary

Company Details Confidential in Ireland is seeking a Customs Clearance Broker for the evening shift (Remote), starting 1 January 2027. The role involves handling import/export documentation, TARIC classification, and duty calculations while staying updated on regulatory changes.

Required are at least 2 years of customs clearance experience, fluent English, and IT literacy with freight management software. This full-time permanent position offers a €34,009 annual salary with work-from-home

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent Customs Clearance experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• IT-literate with experience of freight management software.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import and export documentation according to the relevant Customs regulations.
• Process both simplified and complex declarations.
• Classify goods according to the TARIC system.
• Calculate duty and tariff payments owed on shipments.
• Keep up to date with developments in import / export regulations.
• Prepare TAD documents on a daily basis.
