Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Deal Administrator in Ireland for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based in Cherrywood. You will join the Global Corporate Trust division to manage cash/asset reconciliation, settlements and daily reporting for CLO/CDO portfolios.

The role requires 2–4 years in financial services, strong numeracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, handling a heavy workload in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years’ experience in Financial Services with cash recs / settlements / client engagement.
• Experience with cash reconciliation or settlements and client engagement is preferred.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-centric approach is expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills and relationship-building are required.

Responsibilities

• Cash & Asset Reconciliation for a portfolio of CDO/CLO transactions.
• Generate accurate Daily Cash Reports reconciling asset payments and receivables.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies.
• Process Broadly Syndicated Loan trades from trade ticket to settlement/payment.
• Oversee automated trade settlement processes and analyze Trade activity.
• Review available cash balances daily to ensure liquidity for settlements.
• Liaise with Clients/Counterparties/Agent Banks for queries and documentation.
• Settle Loan and Bond transactions on internal systems (CDO Suite).
• Reconcile Cash & Asset Balances to support Monthly Investor reporting.
