Job summary

U.S. Bank in Dublin is seeking a CLO Deal Administrator for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract within the Global Corporate Trust division. The role focuses on over sight of bond and loan settlements, cash management and client reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience within financial services.
• Knowledge of fixed income, debt, loans or derivatives beneficial.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cash and asset reconciliation for a portfolio of CLO/CDO transactions.
• Generate accurate Daily Cash Reports and reconcile payments.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies.
• Process loan and bond trades from ticket to settlement stage.
• Oversee automated trade settlement processes and liquidity checks.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and internal teams to ensure timely settlement.
