Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services within a similar role.
• Knowledge of CLOs, Private Credit and Loan Funds beneficial.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational activities of the CLO Deal Administration team and plan deliverables.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality; provide coaching and development support.
• Oversee a portfolio of CLO, Private Credit, and Loan Fund clients and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, cash and par reconciliations, and settlements.
• Review and approve key deliverables; ensure risk controls and client standards.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and operating model enhancements.
