Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon division seeks a CLO Deal Administration Team Manager to lead a skilled group handling CLOs, Private Credit and Loan Fund operations.

You will drive onboarding of clients, ensure accurate cash and item reconciliations, and manage trade settlements across systems. In this hybrid Dublin-based role, you will oversee daily reporting, control risk, maintain client service standards, and support process improvements while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with Relationship

Qualifications

• Experience leading a CLO/asset-management team in financial services.
• Strong understanding of CLO structures and lifecycle events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver through SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLO Deal Administration team duties, plan deliverables, coordinate with related departments.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality measures; coach and develop staff.
• Manage a portfolio of CLOs, Private Credit, and Loan Funds with timely, accurate deliverables.
