U.S. Bank’s Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Group seeks a Deal Administration Team Manager to lead a skilled team, owning end-to-end operations of CLOs, Private Credit, and Loan Funds.

You will drive onboarding, reconciliations, and settlements while upholding risk controls and client service standards. Qualifications

• Experience with CLO/CDO structures and lifecycle events.
• Proven leadership experience with team development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CLO Deal Administration team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding, cash and asset reconciliations, and trade settlements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Management and Analytics for onboarding and closings.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory requirements are maintained.
