Job summary

U.S. Bank in Dublin is seeking a CLO Deal Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to support the Global Corporate Trust division. The role focuses on bond and loan trade settlements, cash flow analysis, and reconciliation activities within a specialist CLO team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in financial services with cash recs and settlements experience, strong numeracy and client-facing communication, and the ability to manage a heavy workload while ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years’ experience in financial services, with cash reconciliations, settlements or client engagement.
• Knowledge of fixed income, debt, loans or derivatives is advantageous for CLO markets.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and client-centric communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute bond/bank loan trade settlements and cash movements.
• Prepare and review daily cash reports and reconciliations against the Actual vs Expected model.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues across portfolios and settlements.
• Process loan and bond trades from ticket to settlement within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain cash balances and Money Market Fund oversight to support settlements.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and internal teams to ensure timely settlements.
