Job summary

Hidden Hearing Ireland is seeking a Clinic Coordinator in Waterford to deliver life-changing hearing healthcare and build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. You will care for patients over calls and visits, support telemarketing goals, and uphold the brand as a trusted local representative.

The role is permanent, full-time with a base salary of €30,000 plus commission and an on-target earnings around €40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Patient care experience preferred.
• Telemarketing experience advantageous.
• Ability to represent the brand and deliver exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls in Waterford and surrounding area.
• Manage inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for Waterford; meet diary targets with 80+ calls per day.
• Represent Hidden Hearing by upholding core values and delivering a superior patient experience.

Based on Arundel Square in Waterford, we are looking for someone to build their professional career with Hidden Hearing as an integral member of our Waterford Hearing Centre team, who are helping patients hear better, every day. As Clinic Coordinator, you will be in the position of delivering our life-changing hearing healthcare firsthand, whilst building yourself, your colleagues and our patients for success.

Central Responsibilities of this role are:

Patient Care – provide a high quality of professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Waterford and greater area.

Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Waterford area, and ensure weekly/quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Our expectation is for our Clinic Coordinators to complete 80+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience advantageous.

Brand Ambassador – representing Hidden Hearing, you will uphold our core values on a daily basis by consistently delivering a phenomenal patient care experience that we, as the modern hearing care experts, have been providing for almost 40 years.

There is a basic salary of €30,000, plus commission, giving On Target Earnings of circa 40K per annum.
