Quest Recruitment is partnering with a leading global financial services firm in Dublin to recruit for a client relationship management role within Transfer Agency. You will own the client experience, coordinate service delivery and be the main contact for queries, escalations and service reviews.

This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on onboarding, fund launches and delivering a consistent client experience across internal teams, with hybrid working arrangements and a competitive salary

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable client-facing experience within transfer agency, custody, investor services or a related fund servicing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, including confidence on calls and in meetings.
• A proactive approach, good judgement and the ability to stay organised when priorities change.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key contact for day-to-day requests and more complex issues.
• Take ownership of queries and escalations, coordinating with global operational teams and keeping clients informed through to resolution.
• Attend client meetings and service reviews, both online and in person.
• Support new client onboarding, fund and share-class launches, and changes to existing servicing arrangements.
• Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs, identify recurring issues and follow up on improvement actions.
• Contribute to client due diligence visits, service reporting and discussions around operational requirements.
• Work closely with TA processing, investor services and other internal teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
