Job summary

State Street Corporation in Ireland is seeking an AIS Transfer Agency Manager, Officer to oversee the Transfer Agency client service team, manage client relationships, and act as escalation point for technical issues. The role operates in a hybrid model balancing home and office work.

You will sign off on internal, client and investor reporting, supervise cash/trade reconciliations, recruit and develop staff, and drive process improvements and system enhancements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and/or Business related area (minimum 2.2) or relevant working experience.
• 4-6 years Fund Administration experience within Transfer Agency.
• 2 years people management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Final sign-off on internal, client and investor reporting to ensure accuracy and adherence to Policies and Procedures.
• Oversee the Transfer Agency team, plan work, recruit and develop staff, and maintain client relationships.
• Act as a point of contact for client escalation and drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase productivity.
