We're working with a leading global financial services firm seeking client-focused professionals to join its growing Transfer Agency and Investor Services team in Dublin.
This is a client relationship management role within Transfer Agency, taking ownership of the client experience and coordinating service delivery across operational teams. You'll be a key contact for clients, managing queries, handling escalations and helping ensure they receive a responsive, reliable service.
The role does not involve transaction processing. You'll use your operational knowledge to understand client requirements, investigate issues and coordinate the teams responsible for delivery.
Your day will combine planned service activities with incoming requests and escalations. You'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, managing changing priorities and taking responsibility for progressing issues.
Client meetings may take place at your office or at clients' offices locally in Dublin.
Direct TA experience is valuable. Candidates from custody or other relevant servicing backgrounds are also encouraged to apply where they can demonstrate strong client relationship skills and transferable operational knowledge.
Fluency in English is essential. French or German would be an advantage but is not required.
These are 12-month fixed-term contracts, with potential for extension or longer-term opportunities as the team develops. Further context can be provided during an initial conversation.
