Job summary

Slalom is seeking a dynamic Client Partner for Financial Services to accelerate growth in Ireland by leading and expanding senior Banking client relationships. You will focus on origination, account growth, and long-term partnerships across Ireland and Europe, with emphasis on data and AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading senior Banking client relationships and driving growth.
• Strong track record in origination, sales and account expansion in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of finance & banking products, operating models, and risk environments.
• Clear understanding of technology-led transformation, including hyperscaler platforms.
• Established network across Ireland and Europe (preferred).
• Background combining in-house industry experience and consulting.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with executive presence.
• Proficient with next-gen AI tooling across GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow senior executive relationships within Banking clients.
• Drive new logo origination and growth in existing accounts.
• Shape and close opportunities aligned to client strategy, risk priorities, and transformation agendas.
• Advise clients on risk, regulatory, and control environments in Financial Services.
• Articulate the role of technology in banking transformation, including data, AI, cloud, digital and automation.
• Engage with alliance partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and client value.
• Play a leadership role in growing and scaling the FS practice.
