Slalom Build is seeking a dynamic Client Partner with Financial Services expertise to accelerate growth in Ireland, lead senior banking client relationships, and expand revenue across Ireland and Europe. Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales origination and account growth.
• Strong knowledge of core banking products, operating models, and risk environments.
• Clear understanding of technology‑led transformation, including hyperscaler platforms.
• Established network across Ireland and Europe (preferred).
• Background combining in‑house industry experience and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo origination and growth in existing accounts.
• Shape and close opportunities aligned to client strategy, risk priorities, and transformation agendas.
• Advise clients on the risk, regulatory, and control environment shaping Financial Services.
• Clearly articulate the role of technology in banking transformation, including data, AI, cloud, digital, and automation.
• Engage with and leverage alliance partner technology and services vendor ecosystem to drive pipeline and create client value.
• Play an active leadership role in growing and scaling an ambitious FS practice.
