EXL is seeking a Vice President. Client Partner for Banking & Capital Markets in Dublin with flexible hybrid working.

The role centers on accelerating growth within existing accounts by deepening relationships and expanding EXL’s Data, Digital, and AI footprint across buying centres, services, and subsidiaries, acting as a CXO advisor to align capabilities with priorities. The candidate will own the full account lifecycle, drive cross-sell/upsell, and collaborate across teams to pursue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred with focus on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in leading delivery teams, business development, sales, pre-sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data & AI led growth across strategic accounts and expand footprint across subsidiaries.
• Build and own CXO relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term value.
• Originate, shape, and close large, complex deals with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Deliver sustained account growth through data, analytics, AI, and digital offerings.
