Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks a Project Manager for New Client On-boarding to drive end-to-end client launches in the funds industry. You will lead governance, coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely sign-offs with stakeholders including Steering Committees.

Responsibilities include client calls, major governance participation, and ensuring robust run-books and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in European financial services with multi-stakeholder matrix management.
• Strong project management discipline and governance experience.
• Excellent English communication and leadership in client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing projects and lead governance meetings.
• Coordinate workstreams, resource allocation and scheduling.
• Identify risks, track issues and ensure remediation actions.
• Maintain project documentation and sign-offs throughout lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients to confirm requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Travel occasionally between Ireland, Luxembourg and the UK.
