Job summary

State Street is seeking a CMS Officer to deliver high‑quality custody services to major institutional clients. You will act as a key coordination point among clients, investment managers, operations and support functions, ensuring adherence to control frameworks and service standards.

The role emphasizes client relationships, risk management, issue resolution, and governance, with opportunities to support onboarding, product implementations and process improvements within a highly matrixed

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of operational processes across Global Custody.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality custody services to assigned institutional clients.
• Coordinate responses across operations, asset servicing, settlements, cash processing, onboarding, fund accounting, and other support teams.
• Prepare management information, service dashboards, and client reporting packs.
• Assist with regulatory, audit and compliance activities relating to custody servicing.
• Participate in onboarding of new funds, clients, and investment managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience and risk management.
