Job summary

State Street in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager for New Client On-boarding to oversee end-to-end client launches and conversions, ensuring adherence to project standards and governance.

You will coordinate across multiple workstreams, manage risks and issues, and maintain strong client relationships while navigating a complex regulatory environment within European financial services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in European financial services with multi-stakeholder, matrix management.
• Experience managing projects in the financial services industry, preferably in Transfer Agency.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Management of client-facing projects
• Lead in client project calls and Governance
• Participation and lead in Legacy Admin Project Calls
• Management of BA's Workflow/Challenges/Escalation
• Internal Senior Management Steering meeting management
• Management of Workstream Meetings
• Ensure solid Conversion Run-Book preparation and management
• Team management inclusive of resource allocation and project scheduling
• Defines project scope with sponsors and stakeholders
• Liaises with clients to agree requirements and timeframes
• Proactive risk management and mitigation
• Thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Issue tracking and resolution with stakeholders
• Coordinate with other business units and legal/risk requests
• Use corporate tools and monitor performance with direct reports
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Open communication with clients to improve processes
• Keep aware of industry trends and new product rollouts
