Job summary

JFC Group in Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland, is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join the Internal Sales team.

This role supports the external sales team with order processing, quotations, CRM/ERP tasks and customer liaison, demanding excellent organisational and communication skills. You will handle sales orders, respond to customer queries by phone, maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM, and assist with sales reporting and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in a busy administrative environment.
• Experience in a sales environment and dealing with customers by phone is desirable.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and handle customer queries.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Provide sales administration, quotations, and order entry via ERP.
• Serve as contact for after-sales support and coordinate with External Sales/Quality.
• Support External sales team as a proactive team member.
• Communicate market findings and customer insights to Sales/Marketing and management.
• Assist in compiling sales reports and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and open days as required.
