OASIS Group is seeking a client services professional to act as the first point of contact for our clients. You will process orders, update records in systems, respond to routine enquiries and ensure service levels and quality standards are met to support cross-functional collaboration.

You will work across teams to deliver great client experiences, handling invoices, payments, and proactive communications while maintaining data accuracy and security in line with GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Depth of experience in a similar role servicing client requests.
• Fluent English communication.
• Excellent client service with strong attention to detail.
