RECRUITERS is working with a well-known Irish insurer seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join their Dublin team. You will manage motor claims from start to finish, act as the main contact for customers and brokers, and progress claims within your authority.

Responsibilities

• Managing motor claims from start to finish, taking ownership, gathering information, assessing liability, and settling within authority.
• Main point of contact for customers, brokers, and service providers, guiding them through the process.
• Make informed decisions, spot fraud indicators, and keep accurate records.
• Work with colleagues, assist with workflow, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Liaise with loss adjusters, solicitors, and other partners as needed.
• Participate in training, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
