Job summary

OUTsurance Ireland is hiring a Claim Advisor to manage Motor and Home Property claims from start to finish. You will own your claims portfolio, applying judgment and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for customers.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Cherrywood, Dublin, offering 37.5 hours per week and opportunities to grow within a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Working toward APA qualification in line with MCC requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims from first notification through to settlement
• Apply technical knowledge and sound judgment to make fair decisions
• Work with internal teams and external experts to progress claims efficiently
• Support the resolution of escalated or complex cases
• Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey
• Working hours 37.5 per week

What’s the role?
