Sedgwick Ireland in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of claims from first notification to settlement. You will assess information, advise on policy cover, and progress claims to a fair, timely resolution with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• APA qualified with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong understanding of claims handling and insurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Knowledge of CPC and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality claims service from first notification through to settlement.
• Communicate with customers, insurer representatives and other stakeholders to progress claims.
• Ensure SLAs and quality standards are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Support the Team Leader and contribute to process improvements.
