Job summary

Glanua is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead on-site civil works in Limerick, Ireland. You will oversee the building scope, coordinate multi-discipline teams and ensure HSE and sustainability standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar civil-focused position, a Level 8 Civil Engineering degree, and strong programme management skills using MS Project. A 39-hour week, company vehicle, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar civil role (water/wastewater preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of health, safety and welfare regulations (Construction Regulations 2013).
• Experience in bulk earthworks, concrete, piping and site finishes is advantageous.
• Strong client and supplier engagement and financial negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop baseline programmes and updates using project software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil Engineering and Building scope of works on-site.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process engineering colleagues.
• Ensure on-site adherence to HSE & sustainability standards and PSCS responsibilities.
• Manage procurement of supplies and sub-contracts within budget and schedule.
• Report monthly project performance to the framework manager.
