Job summary

Glanua Limited invites applications for a Civil Project Manager based in Leixlip, Ireland. You will drive civil engineering work from design through to handover, leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring safety and quality on-site.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar field, a Level 8 Civil Engineering degree, and strong programme management and stakeholder engagement. A supportive growth path and competitive salary accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Civil Project Manager role, preferably water/wastewater.
• Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013; certificate in Managing Safely is a plus.
• Experience in civil works (earthworks, concrete, piping, building works) is preferred.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver project objectives; strong client and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to create/prépare baseline programmes and updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil Engineering scope of works on one or more projects.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental & sustainability standards on-site.
• Lead the construction team and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Support procurement and commercial activities to meet budget and programme.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members and manage resource planning.
