Job summary

Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to oversee road maintenance contracts with Kerry and Cork County Councils in Ireland.

You will manage day-to-day operations, costs, crews and materials, coordinate sub-contractors, monitor progress and enforce safety and quality standards.

A full, clean driving licence is mandatory; a company vehicle, pension, laptop and phone are provided, with salary based on experience in the €60-€65k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction management experience with road projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools.
• Full driving licence is essential.

You will come with a background in Civil Engineering, road servicing or quantity surveying and will be required to manage all aspects of day to day operations, costs, crews and materials for each project. A full, clean driving licence along with the ability to drive to various locations is mandatory in County Cork and Kerry.
