eir Business, the B2B division of eir, is seeking a Cisco Sales Support Specialist in Dublin. The role focuses on day-to-day commercial support for ICT hardware, software and services, including quotation processing, order management and pricing coordination.

You will liaise with Cisco and other suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely orders. The role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple requests with high accuracy and

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, procurement or a similar commercial support role.
• Experience managing quotations, orders and supplier/customer queries.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working within ICT/telecommunications sector and with Cisco CCW is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT and Cisco quotation requests and order activity.
• Prepare quotes and support processing of customer orders.
• Raise and manage Cisco deals through CCW where required.
• Provide pricing and commercial information to support sales and Pre-Sales activities.
• Support Professional Services quotation and order requests.
• Liaise with Cisco and approved suppliers regarding pricing, availability and orders.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and aligned with pricing and requirements.
