eir is recruiting a Senior Sales Support Executive to join its eir Business Commercial team. You will support the sales cycle, manage quotes, process orders and maintain pricing accuracy across customer accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in IT sales support, experience with CRM systems, and strong Excel and Office skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years’ sales support experience within the IT sector.
• Experience with CRM applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrates excellent listening skills, attentiveness and intuitiveness about customer satisfaction and concerns.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
• Focus and goal-oriented disposition.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good commercial acumen.
