Job summary

ANYbotics is seeking a Head of Revenue & Commercial Operations to build and scale the commercial operating engine. You will own forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations.

You will shape the infra around a growing, international commercial organization, moving from hands-on execution to building a lasting capability, including Deal Desk and commercial support.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy & Operations within a scaling B2B organisation.
• Strong experience owning forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM discipline and commercial reporting.
• Track record of building or improving commercial processes with change-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Build a trusted commercial forecast with governance and risk visibility for leadership and the board.
• Define and improve sales stages, opportunity standards, customer engagement processes and CRM discipline.
• Establish a strong operating cadence with forecast reviews, pipeline reviews and commercial reporting.
