Job summary

The Dosa Spot in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage the kebab and grill section, prepare kebabs and grilled dishes, and assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations. This full-time, permanent role offers 39 hours per week with a €37,000 gross annual salary.

• Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, storage and portion control.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required.
• Maintain food safety, allergen management and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP procedures.
