Job summary

Istanbul Restaurant & Takeaway in Cork City is seeking 4 Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be responsible for preparation and presentation of our menu, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, and maintaining a well-organised, efficient kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience, strong organisational skills, and experience in a busy kitchen. A culinary qualification is desirable.

• Experience in modern and busy kitchen environment.
• Relevant culinary qualifications desirable.
