Big Mamma is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead the Hot Section in a busy kitchen across the UK & Ireland. You will prepare dishes from scratch, maintain an organised station, and train junior staff while coordinating with Kitchen Management for smooth service.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a €16.80/hour total package (base pay + tron) and benefits including staff meals, staff discounts, and mobility across the group.

Competenze

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a large busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication.
• Proactive attitude and energy during high-volume services.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
