Job summary

Big Mamma Group in Ireland is hiring a passionate Chef De Partie to join our lively kitchen. You’ll run your section during prep and service.

Prepare dishes from scratch following our recipes, keep your section clean and organized, and train new team members while collaborating with Kitchen Management.

Ideal candidates have previous Chef De Partie experience in a busy, high-volume setting with strong Italian cuisine knowledge. Flexible evenings and weekends required.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:
