Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our busy hotel kitchen in Fingal, Co. Dublin. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef and help maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotels or hotel kitchens.
• A passion for food and culinary excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with the running of the kitchen.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow Head Chef's directions and maintain efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
