Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in Ireland. This role offers exposure to senior chefs, mentorship through Dalata Academy programmes, and opportunities to develop essential culinary skills in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Be a team player and collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Have a mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
