Job summary

The Croke Park Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen brigade. You will prepare, cook and plate dishes, and contribute to stock management and training of junior chefs.

Ideal candidates will have knife skills, sound knowledge of HACCP/food safety, strong communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for flavour profiling and techniques.

Qualifications

• Competence with knife skills.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Understanding stock control in kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all kitchen sections from food prep to plating.
