The Croke Park Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie who loves food and teamwork. You will participate in all kitchen activities from prep to plating and help train junior chefs, working in a busy, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have knife skills, HACCP knowledge, stock control experience, strong communication, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and a good sense of flavour profiling.
