Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in full uniform.
• Adhere to HACCP regs for hygiene and storage.
• Assist head chef with menu planning and daily specials.
• Support stock controls and monitor kitchen stock.
• Ensure dishes are prepared to recipes and high standards.
• Keep station clean and organized after service.
• Communicate shortages to the Head Chef promptly.
• Attend meetings and training as requested.
