Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard and in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety; store, handle and prepare food correctly.
• Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.
