The Fork & Wheel in Midleton is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team for an immediate start. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to our high standards in a fast-paced environment.

We offer Sunday Premium, share of tips and flexible shifts. Own transport to the restaurant is essential due to limited public transport access to the location.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, ideally within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• A strong grasp of food safety regulations and best practices.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and excel as a vital part of a cohesive team.

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards.
• Maintaining a spotless and organised kitchen, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations, guaranteeing quality and safety.
• Collaborating with other chefs, assisting with section management during peak service.
• Assisting with stock control and managing supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

We've revitalised a landmark restaurant in Midleton, and The Fork & Wheel is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team for an immediate start. Please note, The Fork & Wheel is located atP25 DP60 which is not served by public transportation. Your own transport or reliable means of getting to and from the restaurant is essential.
