Chef Recruiters Ltd. in South Dublin City is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy pub kitchen. You will manage your section during service, prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, and maintain hygiene. Immediate start, rotating shifts including days, afternoons and evenings, with €18 per hour plus tips.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, contributing to a positive, professional environment and a balanced, efficient service during peak periods.

Formación

• Experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and passion for good food.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
