Job Duties

Prepare all food items as directed in a timely manner.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently.
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to Health & Safety Standards.
Assist with the cleaning and organization of Kitchen and equipment.
Adhere to all foodhygiene and safety standards.
Additional duties: Menu planning, Food shopping, Recording food temperatures, Preparing reports.

Qualification: Degree, Diploma or equivalent with a Minimum 2 years of Experience.
