• Prepare all food items as directed in a timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean working station adhering to health & safety standards.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
• Menu planning, food shopping, recording temperatures, preparing reports.
