Job summary

Brosna Educational Centres CLG – Glenard University Residence, 36 Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, Ireland – seeks a Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards. Must have two years of experience as a Chef de Partie and be able to support a busy kitchen team.

Salary is €37,000 per year with a 39-hour work week in a on-site setting.
