Job summary

ONE PICO is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our award-winning fine dining kitchen in a full-time role at our Dublin 2 location. Minimum 4 years' Chef de Partie experience (or strong Demi Chef de Partie) and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients are required.

Strong teamwork and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
