Job summary

You will have at least 2 years’ experience and a minimum Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Must be hardworking and capable of producing high quality foods to set standards.

The role offers a €36,605 annual salary for a 39-hour week in Cork, Ireland, with the opportunity to contribute to a thriving hospitality team.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine to department and internal standards.
• Level 5 Qualification (Leaving Certificate / LCVP) or relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high quality dishes as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant.
• Work to departmental and internal standards and maintain consistency.
• Work-hard and produce dishes to required quality for service.
