Job summary

Leonard Catering Ltd is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our kitchen team across our restaurant locations in County Galway. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene and food safety standards in a busy hospitality environment.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Monitor and minimise food waste.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation.
• Follow HACCP and all relevant food safety procedures.
• Carry out other reasonable duties associated with the role.
