Job summary

Poulet Bonne Femme in Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire is seeking a full-time, hardworking team member. You will roast chickens and other meats, prepare fresh salads and soups, and join the service team at lunchtime to make sandwiches and salads for a superb customer experience.

A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience is required. Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland are essential. Benefits include company events, employee discount and a food allowance.

Job description

We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic and customer friendly individual to join our team at our store in Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire. This is a full time position.

The right individual must be happy to work in a faced paced environment, roasting chickens and other delicious meats, preparing fresh salads daily, soup and other accompaniments in the morning and then joining the service team for the busy lunchtime service, making sandwiches and salads and giving our customers the best possible experience.

Poulet Bonne Femme was established when it started out trading from Farmers Markets in their custom made trailer, fast forward 15 years and they currently operate 6 concessions in Avoca along with their flagship stand alone stores in Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire.

We pride ourselves in making the best quality sandwiches, salads and products made fresh daily. Every product we sell is made from scratch, the successful candidate will be working closely with our management team.

A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience is required for this role.
