Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or similar culinary role.
• Strong culinary skills and passion for high-quality food.
• Experience in catering or hospitality kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Attention to detail and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality food to high standards.
• Follow menus and specifications to ensure consistency.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and teamwork.
